Stri-King is s one-of-a-kind, easy-to-use, Martial Arts training device that turns most ordinary heavy bags into an interactive trainer.  STRI-KING fits securely around most heavy bags (must be 14” diameter or larger bags) and is designed to enhance the users punch, kick, and punch/kick combinations, similar to target pad training with an instructor.  STRI-KING has strategically placed sensors flash blue or green to let the user know whether to punch or a kick to that area.  No two work-out sessions are the same with STRI-KING as it was designed to deliver random single and multi-strike combinations during the 1, 3, or 5 minute work-out sessions.  STRI-KING was specifically designed to improve cardio fitness, striking speed, accuracy, and power.     STRI-KING is a great training tool for instructors to observe their students striking techniques, and it is perfect for use in circuit training.
